A grand design earmarked for the heart of Oneroa hopes to squeeze a four-bedroom home onto the last patch of land on the north side of Oneroa’s commercial zone.
The proposed development would take place on the north-eastern area of the site at number 153 Ocean View Road.
The commercial zoned property already has a building containing retail, restaurant and cafe businesses including the Waiheke Wine Centre and Little Frog Cafe.
