Some Island Direct ferry passengers are voicing frustration about frequent docking delays waiting for Fullers ferries to clear the way as logistical issues, including cruise ship arrivals, put the two operators in each other’s way.
Over the past few weeks, several heavily commented social media posts have appeared on Waiheke community Facebook groups, with residents voicing concern at Fullers docking in berths they thought were allocated to Island Direct.
