Waihekeans are invited to celebrate Christmas as a community this Saturday at the annual Heart of Christmas event at Artworks Theatre in Oneroa.
The free afternoon event, which runs from 2pm to 6pm, will feature creative Christmas workshops for all ages, food and market stalls, music, storytelling and performances. It’s a chance to wander the market for locally-made gifts, chat to friends, grab some kai from the food stalls or enjoy a drink from the Artworks Pinter Bar.
