From the legends who deliver meals on wheels, to the firefighters and the divers restoring ocean habitats, Waiheke runs on the goodwill of its hundreds of dedicated volunteers. To help celebrate National Volunteer Week Te Wiki Tūao ā-Motu 2024, which runs from 16 to 22 June, we talk to three tireless island volunteers.
