In a list of the 20 most expensive streets in Auckland, eight of them are on Waiheke.
Ten years ago just three Waiheke streets made the list.
Real estate website OneRoof and its data partner, Valocity, recently looked at the current median property values of each street in the region, taking into account sales and the “characteristics of properties and neighbourhoods,” and compared them to the same survey done in 2015. Nick Johnstone Drive, with a median value of $9,480,000 topped the list, as of December 2025. This was more than double the street’s median value 10 years ago, when Strathfield Lane in Whitford was Auckland’s most expensive street with a median value of $5,730,000.
