Rakino residents had been complaining to the Harbourmaster about this derelict boat moored in Home Bay for months, warning it was only a matter of time before it sank and caused an oil spill. The boat finally sank last Friday and began leaking fuel but locals say all the Harbourmaster did for three days was put a buoy (left) out to mark the wreck.
