Board member Paul Walden says the Ngāti Pāoa Iwi Trust’s Te Huruhi housing plans have not been made explicit in any public submissions or the draft Waiheke Housing Strategy despite six years of confidential meetings on them between council staff, Piritahi Marae and the Ngāti Paoa Iwi Trust.
